CCIYU Soft Roll-Up Tonneau Cover
Our soft roll-up tonneau cover transforms your truck bed into a secure, weather-resistant cargo space without sacrificing quick access. The triple-layer vinyl construction resists UV rays and repels rain while the aluminum frame provides rigid support at every mounting point.
We designed this cover for truck owners who need flexibility — roll it up in seconds when you’re hauling tall cargo, then secure it back down when you want full bed protection. The clamp-on installation takes under 20 minutes and requires zero drilling or permanent modification to your truck.
- Triple-layer marine-grade vinyl resists tearing and UV fading
- Powder-coated aluminum rails mount via adjustable clamps
- Low-profile design sits flush with bed rails when closed
- Rolls up and secures with hook-and-loop straps near cab
- Fits most full-size trucks with 5.5 to 8-foot beds
Materials and weather protection

We built this tonneau cover with a three-layer vinyl system that stands up to years of road exposure. The outer layer blocks UV radiation that would otherwise crack and fade cheaper single-ply covers. The middle foam core adds insulation and impact resistance while the inner lining protects your cargo from scratches.
The aluminum side rails receive a powder-coat finish that resists rust in wet climates and salty winter conditions. Every seam where vinyl meets frame includes a weather seal that channels water away from the bed — we tested the system with high-pressure spray to simulate highway rain at 70 mph. Your tools and equipment stay dry even when you park outside during storms.
Installation and bed compatibility

You’ll mount this cover using adjustable clamps that grip your truck’s bed rails without drilling holes or using adhesive. The clamp design accommodates rail widths from standard to wide-body configurations across Ford, Chevy, Ram, Toyota, and Nissan full-size trucks.
Step-by-step setup
Position the front rail against your bulkhead and hand-tighten the four clamps. Slide the rear rail into place and adjust the vinyl tension using the built-in ratchet system. Once the cover sits flat and wrinkle-free, torque all clamps to 15 foot-pounds. The entire process takes one person about 20 minutes with basic hand tools.
Rolling mechanism and cargo access

The roll-up function relies on a spring-assisted tube near the cab that stores the vinyl when you need full bed access. Release the side latches and the cover rolls toward the bulkhead in one smooth motion — no need to remove rails or detach hardware.
Two hook-and-loop straps secure the rolled bundle so it won’t unravel while you drive with the bed open. When you’re ready to close the cover again, unstrap the bundle and pull the vinyl toward the tailgate until the rear rail clicks into the latch receivers. The same truck owners who appreciate the quick access of our hard folding tonneau cover often choose this soft roll-up model when they haul cargo with variable heights throughout the week.

Tonneau cover installation and fit questions
The cover fits most full-size trucks with 5.5-foot, 6.5-foot, or 8-foot beds using the included adapter system. The clamp-on design works with Ford F-150, Chevy Silverado, Ram 1500, Toyota Tundra, and Nissan Titan models without drilling. Measure your bed length from the inside of the bulkhead to the inside of the tailgate and choose the corresponding adapter during installation.
Position the front rail against your bulkhead and loosely attach the rear rail. Use the ratchet tensioners on each side rail to pull the vinyl taut — turn each ratchet three full rotations then check for wrinkles. Adjust tension evenly on both sides until the cover sits flat. Once tensioned properly, torque all clamps to 15 foot-pounds to lock the rails in place.
We don’t recommend driving with the cover partially rolled because wind can catch the loose vinyl and damage the material or mounting hardware. Either roll the cover completely forward and secure it with the straps or close it fully and latch it at the tailgate. The roll-up process takes about 30 seconds so you can easily adjust it based on your cargo needs before driving.
The cover is water-resistant with sealed edges that channel rain away from the bed. Light to moderate rain will not enter the bed when the cover is properly latched and tensioned. During heavy downpours or car washes, a small amount of moisture may seep through the latch points near the tailgate. Store sensitive electronics in waterproof containers if you expect extreme weather exposure.
You’ll need a socket wrench or adjustable wrench to tighten the clamps and a tape measure to set the correct bed length. A Phillips screwdriver helps with the latch installation. All mounting hardware and clamps come in the box so you won’t need to buy separate fasteners. Installation takes one person 15 to 20 minutes with these basic hand tools.
The cover removes in about five minutes by loosening the clamps and lifting the entire rail assembly out of the bed. We designed the system for semi-permanent installation so most users prefer to roll it up rather than remove it completely. If you need to remove covers frequently, consider our retractable model which stores in a canister and never requires removal from the truck.
The cover does not interfere with your tailgate’s normal open and close function. You can operate the tailgate with the cover closed — the rear rail sits high enough to clear the tailgate’s top edge. If your truck has a factory tailgate step or camera, verify clearance before purchasing. The latches mount to the bed rail sides and do not block tailgate access points.
